Minneapolis City SC is pleased to announce that Adam Pribyl has become the club’s first Athletics Director. He will oversee and manage the athletics side of the club

, responsible for building the coaching staff, aligning playing resources, and supporting the development of the high-performance environment we have created.
“Since the beginning we have worked hard to create a professionally amateur, high-performance environment,” said club President Dan Hoedeman. “Along with our growth is the requirement for infrastructure. Adam, with his vast experience in building out athletics infrastructure plus his deep knowledge of the players and the club, is the perfect choice for this role. He will help us level up.”

Previously, Pribyl was head coach of the Crows’ NPSL team and, over two seasons at the helm, he led the club to an 18-5-6 record including an historic “invincible” league season and conference title in 2018.

“He knows the club. He knows the players. He knows what they need to succeed. He knows what we need to do to achieve our mission,” continued Hoedeman, “and that is the most important part: that we continue to work toward our mission.”

“It was a really hard decision for me personally, because I love coaching this team+ said Adam Pribyl, “however as a an organization we knew this was the right step for us to continue to grow in terms of our footprint in the soccer community, and with a focus on player and team development.”
