Forsythe joined Minneapolis City in 2026. In addition to City, he serves as Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Olivet Nazarene University (NAIA), where he has overseen one of the most successful periods in program history. In 2025, he led the program to a perfect 13–0 conference campaign, securing the conference regular-season and tournament double, and earning the program’s first national tournament victory since 2012. He earned the 2025 CCAC Coach of the Year honors and his players collected multiple conference and national awards.

Upon taking the role, Forsythe said, “Minnesota will always be home. This is where my wife and I were married, where our oldest son was born…the opportunity to return and work with the best young players in the region, in front of one of the most passionate supporter groups in the country, is incredibly meaningful.

I’m excited to help create another unforgettable summer of soccer in the Twin Cities and to write the next chapter in this club’s storied history.”
